Horizon Honors has partnered with DISHES2U for our optional lunch program! DISHES2U provides a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering platform that allows you to view our menus, order, prepay and manage student orders from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

LUNCH PROGRAM FAQ:

What if my child is absent/has an appointment during their lunchtime and I’ve already ordered?

Email Dishes2u at [email protected] prior to 7:00 a.m. the day of delivery. Include your STUDENT'S NAME & SCHOOL for this credit to be processed. Unfortunately, if customer care is not contacted BY EMAIL ONLY prior to 7:00 a.m., credits will not be applied, as we have already purchased the meal for you (restrictions apply, limit of 4 credits per month, per student for cancellations after ordering deadline). After 7:01 a.m., credits cannot be given if your student misses lunch due to illness or appointments. 

 

If you do not cancel prior to 7 a.m. or would like to make additional arrangements, you are welcome to email [email protected] to arrange for a sibling/or student to receive lunch OR a parent to pick up lunch during lunch period. If no arrangements are made by 9 a.m., the lunch will be donated.

 

What is the lunch program?

Horizon Honors partners with Dishes2U to provide a secure, fast and easy to use online ordering platform that allows you to order, prepay, and manage student orders from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Vendors differ daily and rotate every other week.

 

How do I sign up?

  1. Go to: https://dishes2u.boonli.com (please bookmark this page)
  2. Click Create an Account: Password is: horizon85
  3. Enter information and click Submit
  4. Enter information for your students, Add Profile. Repeat for any additional students.
  5. Click I’m Done and Sign In

What is the ordering deadline?

The deadline for ordering lunch is 11 a.m. ONE DAY PRIOR to the meal.  YES! you can order on Saturdays & Sundays!

What if I need to Change/Cancel my order?
Changes can be made during the open ordering period. Credits for cancellations will be applied to your next order. Once the ordering period has closed, your order is FINAL.

Changes can be made during the open ordering period. Go to the day in question, click on the 'x' to remove your choice, click on 'save and go to calendar' or 'save and go to next day', click on your 'shopping cart', click on 'confirm your order' and your change/cancelation has been processed!

Is there a minimum ordering fee?

A minimum $10 order is required for new or changed orders, otherwise a $1 handling fee will be charged. Please note, this is NOT $10 per lunch or even $10 per day, just $10 in your shopping cart when checking out, for a total of all of your children.
